Terms of sale

Pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Compare-at prices reference the equivalent retail price of a comparable gallery piece.

We may adjust catalogue prices at any time; the price confirmed on your order is the price you pay.

Orders and production

An order is confirmed when payment is authorised and you receive a written confirmation. Production starts within two business days, after which fabric and dimension changes are no longer possible.

Because pieces are made by hand, small variations in grain, weave and patina are expected and are part of the character of the piece.

Title and risk

Title and risk pass to you on completion of delivery. Please inspect the piece with the delivery crew before signing.

Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the piece concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes are heard by the courts of Los Angeles County.
