Shipping & white glove service
Every piece is built to order in small runs, then delivered by a furniture-trained crew — never left on a doorstep.
Delivery window: 7 to 12 days
Every order — lighting, tables, upholstery, beds and casegoods alike — is delivered between 7 and 12 days after your payment is confirmed, anywhere in the contiguous United States.
Orders placed before 2pm PT enter production the same business day. You receive a tracking link and a scheduling call as soon as your piece leaves the workshop.
White glove delivery
Standard on all upholstery, beds, dressers and dining tables. The crew brings the piece into the room of your choice, assembles it, levels it and removes all packaging.
Delivery is scheduled by phone in a four-hour window, Tuesday through Saturday, 8am to 7pm local time.
Rates
Flat $149 white glove delivery nationwide, free on orders above $1,500. Lighting, sconces and nesting tables ship by parcel at $19, free above $400.
Alaska, Hawaii and international destinations are quoted individually — email contact@atelier-belcour.store.
If we are late
If your piece has not been delivered by day 12 and the delay is ours, delivery is refunded in full and you may cancel the order for a complete refund with no restocking fee.
Delays caused by weather, an incorrect address or a missed delivery appointment fall outside this guarantee; we simply rebook at no extra cost.
Before delivery day
Measure doorways, elevators and stair turns against the dimensions listed on the product page. Our team can review your floor plan in advance if you send it to us.
If access is tight, ask us about knock-down frames and modular configurations built to pass through a 30-inch door.
