We collect the minimum needed to build your furniture, deliver it and answer your questions.
What we collect
Contact details you give us (name, email, phone, delivery address), order and payment confirmation data, and basic analytics such as pages viewed and device type.
Card numbers are never stored on our servers; payments are processed by our PCI-compliant payment provider.
How we use it
To produce and deliver orders, to schedule showroom appointments, to answer enquiries and — only if you opt in — to send occasional collection news. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
Sharing
We share data only with the parties required to fulfil your order: our payment processor, freight and white glove delivery partners, and email infrastructure. We do not sell personal information.
Your rights
California residents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information, and may opt out of any sharing, at no cost and without discrimination in service.
