30-day home trial

Return any piece within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price, less a $149 pickup fee. The piece must be in original condition, free of stains, pet damage and structural modification.

Start a return by emailing contact@atelier-belcour.store with your order number and a photo of the piece in place.

Custom orders

Pieces made in a customer-supplied fabric or in a non-catalogue dimension are final sale. We confirm this in writing before production starts.

Lifetime frame warranty

Kiln-dried hardwood frames, joinery, suspension webbing and solid brass hardware are warranted for as long as you own the piece.

Cushion cores and feather wrap carry a five-year warranty. Fabrics and leathers carry a three-year warranty against manufacturing defects; natural variation, patina and fading from direct sunlight are not defects.

Damage in transit

Inspect your piece with the delivery crew. Report any transit damage within 72 hours with photographs and we repair or replace it at our cost.
